The water in the Olimia thermal baths is magnesium-calcium-bicarbonate, thermo-mineral water, which is characterized by a high content of silicon, which promotes the renewal of soft tissues: muscles, ligaments, skin, neutralizes free radicals and thus slows down the aging process. Bathing in thermal water reduces muscle tension, improves joint flexibility and overall muscle strength, and relieves pain.
